I am Wayne Dukes, and I am running for County Commissioner because I believe we need drastic changes in the way our County Government conducts business.
We cannot continue the Tax-and-Spend path we have been taken down. The citizens of Hernando County have lost faith in our County Government. There is a total lack of accountability to the citizens from our County Government. Government unchecked will continue to grow and cost more to maintain, this is what we have seen happen in Hernando for some years now. That trend must Stop and I will work to ensure that it does!
I have the background, education, experience and fortitude that is needed to bring about positive change in Hernando County. We need to reduce the cost of County Government and make it less of a burden on the County's taxpayers. We need to make County Government Accountable to the Citizens of Hernando County.
We are all tired of Politicans talking about Change! But I am sure you will agree we need some in Hernando County! If you don’t make change there will be no change. I will work for you to bring honest fiscal responsibility back to Hernando County Government, something that has been lacking for years!
Please support me in my campaign for County Commissioner, District 2.
If you would like to support my campaign in any way, please call me at 596-8383 or send me an email to: wayneforcommissioner@tampabay.rr.com. Please include your name, address and phone number.
Thank you!
