Political Gateway - Jan 25th, 2005 - Here is your list of the top ten websites under the category of 'History.' From a 9/11 forum to Nazi trials, from Moses to Valerie Plame. These 10 sites cover the breadth of written world history.
1) best 9/11 forum, Fark.com - Started by 'Drew' the site was just a humorous news link site. The site seemed to change on Sept 11th 2001 and the comments/forum section is a great snapshot of all the emotions we went through that day.

8) Mother load of Historical and Diplomatic Documents - Yale University's Avalon Project, this site has years worth of research for you history buffs including a great WWII document section.
9) Best Nuremburg/Nazi site - Harvard's amazing attempt to digitize all the documents and photos of the Nuremburg trials. And we do mean all the millions of documents and Nazi memos.
10) Best Religious Document site - Sacred Texts.com. This site has an almost complete collection of every major and minor religious writing, separated by religion. Amazing.
